Quilters by The Sea announces a Flickr.com Page of Photographs at
http://www.flickr.com/photos/quiltersbytheseari
The Flickr Page will enable us to restrict access to QBS members for certain
photographs for copyright or personal privacy concerns sent by email to
quiltersbytheseari@yahoo.com. There will be five people uploading photographs
so if a mistake is made please send the link to quiltersbytheseari@yahoo.com or
anythingfabric@yahoo.com .
Anyone may view the public pictures on Flickr or this webpage. QBS members
may access the restricted pictures and label any photographs with compliments,
names with just initials for last names, or quilt descriptions. To do this you have to
join Flickr at no cost. The easiest way to do this is to answer an email you will
receive either from Flickr or quiltersbytheseari@yahoo.com . The page started on
September 2, 2009 and the membership list is not yet finalized so individual emails
are going to take a while. If you are in a hurry go to the Flickr page and ask to be a
contact or email quiltersbytheseari@yahoo.com
We pledge not to put the membership list with phone numbers, addresses, and
emails on the webpage or Flickr page. We give full names for officers and
committee chairwomen and people who want to be contacted. We hope you will
respect members' privacy by just using first names and the initial of the last name
in your comments.
